1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to eu9ph, an online gaming platform operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and eu9ph ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual (commonly known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same person, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any transactions, cancel bonuses, and confiscate any funds deposited or won on those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility, and you will be held liable for all actions, transactions, and communications made under your account credentials.

2.3 Account Verification

eu9ph operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

eu9ph accepts deposits via various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven and other convenience stores, and cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos), and the maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account status and payment method.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. If you deposit funds using a different currency or payment method that requires conversion, the conversion will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any associated fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the deposit.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your eu9ph account are legally obtained and belong to you. You must not use eu9ph services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse deposits from any source and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures.
• You must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposit, unless this is not technically possible or practical.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos).
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 5 minutes for e-wallets to 1-3 business days for bank transfers.
• You may be required to wager any deposited amount at least once before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations.

We reserve the right to impose additional verification procedures for large withdrawal requests or for accounts flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Such procedures may include video verification calls, additional documentation requests, or cooling-off periods.

eu9ph does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard transactions. However, certain payment providers may impose their own fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal request.

3.3 Inactive Accounts and Dormant Funds

If your account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, deducted on the anniversary of the account becoming dormant. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before any such fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the eu9ph platform are governed by the specific rules of each game, which are available within the game interface or in our comprehensive Game Rules section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed, except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by eu9ph in its sole discretion. All betting decisions are final once the game round or sporting event has commenced.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during game play, eu9ph will make reasonable efforts to restore your session and honor any valid bets placed. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eu9ph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:

• Cheating and Fraud: Using bots, automated software, or any device to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to defraud the platform or other users.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies or errors to guarantee profits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after legitimately losing funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing other individuals to use your account or using another person's account.
• Insider Trading: Betting on events where you have non-public information that gives you an unfair advantage.

eu9ph employs advanced fraud detection systems and regularly reviews player activity. Any suspicious behavior will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with these Terms and applicable Philippine law.

4.3 Game Fairness and Random Number Generators

The eu9ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of our company. You may not use our trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, eu9ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or potential profits
• Business interruption or loss of data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions
• Third-party content or conduct
• Suspension or termination of your account

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against eu9ph. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

eu9ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling problems.
